Central Railway will run 42 premium special trains between Pune and Hazrat Nizamuddin / Kamakhya to clear the extra rush of passengers during Puja  and Diwali festivals .

Train number 04407/ 04408 Pune – Hazrat Nizamuddin "Premium" Bi-weekly Superfast AC Special Trains will operate 26 trips, while Train No.04407 will leave Pune on every Thursday and Sunday from September 18 to October 30 at 05.15 hrs and reach Nizamuddin at 05.35 hrs next day.

Train No.04408 Nizamuddin-Pune will leave Nizamuddin on every Tuesday and Friday from September 16 to October 28 at 21.45 hrs and will arrive Pune at 21.25 hrs next day. These specials will halt at Vasai Road, Surat, Baroda, Ratlam and Kota Stations. It will consist of 7 AC 2-Tier, 6 AC 3-Tier and one Pantry Car.

Train No  02511 / 02512 Pune – Kamakhya Premium weekly Superfast Special Trains will do 16 trips during the festive season.

Train No. 02511 premium weekly superfast special train will leave Pune at 10.30 hrs on every Thursday from September 25 to November 13 (8 trips) and arrive Kamakhya at 15.15 hrs on third day i.e. Saturday.

Train No.02512 premium weekly superfast special train will leave Kamakhya at 22.45 hrs on every Monday from September 22 to November 10 (8 trips) and will arrive Pune at 02.45 hrs on fourth day i.e. Thursday. Train will halt at Panvel, Raipur, Rourkela, Asansol and New Jalpaiguri.Train and will have  One AC-2 tier, Two AC-3 tier, 8 sleeper class and one Pantry car.
