Quake hits Japan
A strong earthquake, measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale, hit Japan's Fukushima Prefecture Friday, with strong tremors felt in the capital city.
 
 
 The temblor hit the prefecture at 2.25 a.m. (local time), Xinhua reported.
 
 In 2011, a devastating magnitude-8.9 quake had struck Japan, leaving more than 20,000 people dead or missing.
