The railways have simplified the procedures for obtaining train tickets on concessional rates for patients and physically challenged passengers, the CPRO Central Railway informed.

Earlier the people have to endure long queues to submit at least three forms to get this done. Now a single revised concession form has been introduced for all the categories of physically challenged persons.

Another single form (separate forms for outward and return journey) for all categories of patients (except for those suffering from ostomy) has also been introduced.
