The Election Commission has ordered re-polling at Mumbai Lok Sabha’s four polling booths. They are Charkop’s polling booth no. 243 (Mumbai north west), booth no 242 in Malad west as well as two polling booths in Mumbai north central’s Chandivali area (booths no.160 and 305).
The polling will take place from 7am till 6 pm sharp.
The re-polling was ordered as votes were not getting registered in the EVM installed at the polling station during the last phase of polling in Maharashtra on April 24.
All arrangements have been made for conducting re-polling in a free and fair manner, election officials said.
