New Delhi: The Supreme Court ordered the transfer to a CBI court in Delhi of all five cases related to the rape victim of Unnao, including the Rae Bareli accident case. 

The court also instructed the probe to be completed within seven days from Wednesday in the event of the accident. However, it permitted the investigating officer, with the consent of the Supreme Court, to extend the probe by a maximum of seven days in extraordinary conditions. Also instructed was a daily trial to be finished within 45 days.
