A three-judge Supreme Court Bench on Monday dismissed Pawan Kumar Gupta's Special Leave Petition (SLP)-one of four death row convicts in the 2012 Delhi gang-rape case. Pawan had claimed to be a juvenile at the time of the crime, and therefore he should be considered as such by the law when the punishment in the case is met.He had also alleged that this fact had been ignored by the Delhi High Court when it upheld the convicts ' death sentence.
