Two killed, one injured in Pak blast

At least two people were killed and a polio worker was injured in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast in Pakistan's Mohmand Agency Wednesday.
Suspected militants had planted the device in front of the house of a civilian in the Alemgar area of the agency, Dawn online reported citing official sources.
No one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
The injured person was shifted to a hospital in Muhammad Gat.
Polio team members have frequently been attacked by the militants in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) near the Afghan border.
Mohmand is one of Pakistan's seven tribal agencies, which are rife with militancy and are said to be strongholds of Taliban and Al Qaida operatives.
