Central Railway has decided to run two Shatabdi specials between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Mumbai and Karmali to cope with the extra rush of passengers during weekends in this festive month.
Train No. 02001 Shatabdi Special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 05.00 hrs on August 15 and arrive Karmali at 16.30 hrs on the same day.
Train No. 02002 Shatabdi Special will leave Karmali at 06.00 hrs on August 16 and arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai at 17.50 hrs on the same day.
The train will halt at Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kudal and Thivim.
The train will have one AC executive class, 6 AC chair cars, and 2 generator-cum Guards’ Brake vans. Bookings are open from August 13.
