Dr. Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al-Banna, UAE Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of India, has participate in the launch of the UAE-India Cultural Futures Initiative, UIFCI, organised by the International Institute for Cultural Diplomacy, IICD, in collaboration with the Imagindia Institute.
The Ambassador lit a torch as a sign of the launch of the initiative, which is in line with the Year of Zayed, and aims to further enhancing ties between the two nations via soft diplomacy.
The event, hosted by the President of the Imagindia Institute, was attended by Dr. Mohamad Kamil Al Muaini, Chairman of the IICD, Dr. Svanzhu Trivedi, National Spokesman for the Bharatiya Janata Party, along with a number of diplomats and officials in India.
