New Delhi: An unidentified man opened fire this afternoon at people protesting the citizenship law near Delhi's Jamia Millia Islamia University, causing chaos and panic in the area. One college student was injured. Despite a huge contingent of armed police officers, the whole incident unfolded in riot gear, just meters away from the man. The man has been arrested after he was overpowered.
