On Friday, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) launched a blistering attack on Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, citing a news report by ' Organiser, ' the RSS mouthpiece, alleging that a Kerala church was illegally selling acres of intruded coastline or government land to Christian families. VHP spokesperson Vindo Bansal tweeted: "Nothing can be more dangerous than it…Making a mockery of law, the Latin Church sold Kerala public-revenue land worth crores of rupees to 192 christian families, 167 houses completed but @vijayanpinarayi Govt had surrendered???" Bansal also tagged Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan, urging him to act in the matter.
