New Delhi: In a letter to Congressman Shashi Tharoor, the leader of the National Conference, Farooq Abdullah, expressed his frustration with being kept under watch, while saying he was not a ' terrorist. ' Abdullah's note, written in response to a Tharoor's post to him, was posted on his social media account by Parliament member from Thiruvananthapuram. Abdullah, in his reply, thanked Tharoor for writing a letter in October that a magistrate who looks after him in a ' sub-jail ' late delivered to him.
