New Delhi: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman spoke about the crisis in the telecommunications sector saying they don't want any company to shut down operations and they want everyone to flourish. Since major telecom firms Vodafone Idea and Airtel posted huge losses in the September quarter, the Finance Minister made these statements during a press briefing in New Delhi. Sitharaman also said that a committee of secretaries which was constituted to study the stress in the telecom sector was yet to make a decision.
