CBI questions Cornerstone s Bunty Sajdeh

In a serious twist to late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death investigation, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is questioning Bunty Sajdeh, CEO of Cornerstone firm where Disha Salian was working. Sajdeh who is the brother-in-law of Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma and Bollywood superstar Salman Khan arrived at the DRDO guesthouse to record his statement.

CBI sources revealed that the agency is probing how long Shruti Modi and Disha Salian handled Sushant Singh Rajput’s account. They also revealed that CBI may question Sajdeh on whether Sushant spoke to anyone in Cornerstone regarding the sudden death of Salian. CBI is also examining whether Shruti also handled Rhea Chakraborty’s profile. Disha Salian died on June 9 and five days later on June 14 Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead under mysterious circumstances.

The Chakraborty family including Rhea’s father Indrajit Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty are continuing to be questioned by CBI officers. The federal agency had registered a case on the orders of the central government on August 6 following a recommendation from the Bihar government. The complaint was filed in Patna by Sushant's father K. K. Singh named Rhea, her mother Sandhya, Indrajit, Showik, Shruti Modi, house manager Samuel Miranda, Pithani and unknown others as accused in the case.
