Unregistered migrants throng Mumbai terminus to catch train

MUMBAI; The Western Railway and security agencies made some frightening memories as many on edge transients swarmed outside the Bandra Terminus here on Tuesday early daytime planning to get a train to Bihar, authorities said. 
A Shramik Special train was scheduled to leave for Punia in Bihar at 12 p.m., however an enormous number of unregistered and unauthorized migrants with their and luggage were seen on the road and bridge outside the terminus building.

"In any case, the bonafide travelers were checked and permitted to enter the station premises by the state government authorities. The train left Bandra at 12 early afternoon with 1,700 registered migrants and their families who were qualified for movement on it," said Western Railway Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Bhakar. 
Later, after the train departed, the abundance swarms which had gathered outside were cleared from the region by the police and other security personnel without any untoward episodes reported
