CAA Protests No Internet

Lucknow: The closure of the internet in the midst of increasing protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act or CAA has been extended to several other cities in Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka, after three people died and many were injured as protests swept at least 10 states Thursday. Mobile internet services were suspended in Karnataka's Dakshina Kannada district's violent hit Mangaluru for 48 hours from Thursday night after two people died in police shooting and 20 police officers were injured.  A curfew has been declared in Mangaluru till Sunday night.
