New Delhi: In the midst of the estranged attempts of BJP ally Shiv Sena to get NCP-Congress support for government formation in Maharashtra, the Nationalist Congress Party of Sharad Pawar came in on Monday for unprecedented praise from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Speaking in Rajya Sabha during a special discussion marking 250 sessions of Parliament's Upper House, Modi said the hearts of people can be won by political parties even without rushing to the House Well to register their protest on different issues. "Today I want to appreciate two parties, NCP and BJD. These parties have strictly adhered to parliamentary norms. They have never gone into the well. Yet, they have raised their points very effectively," PM Modi said.
