Historian Ramachandra Guha took a dig at Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Friday, saying the Keralites should not make the "sin" of electing a parliamentary "fifth generation dynasty" in 2024. Speaking at the Kozikhode Kerela Literature Festival, Guha said, "Why did you (Malyalis) elect Rahul Gandhi to Parliament. Personally, I have nothing against Rahul Gandhi. He's a decent, well-mannered fellow. And young India does not want a dynasty of the fifth generation. In the next Lok Sabha Elections, he urged the "Malyalis" not to vote for the Rahul Gandhi, arguing that doing so would mean handing Narendra Modi an advantage.
