Mumbai: Due to heavy downpour, since morning both sides of King's circle Police station side and Gandhi market side got flooded. The flyover was completely jammed by cars and two-wheelers as they were trying to take the centre path. According to local BMC workers, the water started rising due to heavy rains from the afternoon and the police stopped the traffic on the main roads and diverted them via Bhaudhaji road.
