Jammu: Talking about the victory of the National Conference in the assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir, senior National Conference leader Sheikh Bashir said:

“The National Conference has decided that everyone will celebrate in their respective areas. I believe that it will be announced in the assembly meeting tomorrow evening. After that, the list of ministers will be handed over to the governor-LG, and this process will continue. Once the government is formed, it will get a chance to implement its election manifesto.”
