New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid his respects to former Jharkhand Chief Minister and JMM founder Shibu Soren, who passed away this morning at the age of 81. He had been suffering from a prolonged illness and was undergoing treatment at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi.
