Senior Congress leader Janardan Dwivedi's son Samir Dwivedi joined the BJP on Tuesday ahead of the assembly elections in Delhi. In the presence of BJP general secretary Arun Singh in Delhi, Samir Dwivedi, whose father Janardan Dwivedi is a senior Congress member and was the party's general secretary for a decade, joined the saffron party.
