Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh: On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday, special celebrations were held in Varanasi, his parliamentary constituency. 108 Vedic students (batuks) and 51 Kashi Vishwanath Temple Brahmins performed sacred rituals and prayers, seeking blessings for PM Modi’s long life and the nation’s prosperity.
BJP MLA Neelkanth Tiwari offered milk to the revered Ganga River (Dugdabishek) with 108 Batuks. The batuks also blessed PM Modi by chanting Modi’s mantra.
The grand puja at Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham was marked by Vedic chants, traditional offerings, and the participation of devotees, highlighting the deep spiritual connection between PM Modi and Varanasi. The celebrations reflected the love and respect that people have for the Prime Minister as he turned 75.
During this, 51 kg of laddus (sweets) were offered to Baba Vishwanath and the Prasad was distributed among the devotees.
MLA Tiwari said that they prayed for a successful, long and healthy life of PM Modi and may his resolve of making the country a developed India be fulfilled.
