Milan coach not to resign
AC Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri said he will not resign following his side's 1-1 draw against Genoa at home in the Italian Serie A.

The draw Saturday means the Milan outfit have gone without a win in five Serie A games, and some angry fans tried to confront the team after the game, reports Xinhua.

"It' s only natural there is bitterness that we are without a win in a month. In terms of performance we did much better and conceded practically no chances," he said.  "Of course, now we have to work even harder and do even better, as what we're doing is not enough," the coach said.

Allegri said he is in control and will not step down.

"I have not run out of words and ideas – otherwise I'd have already left! We will meet up and start preparing for the Champions League," he added.
