The Oberoi Group has entered into management contract for two new luxury properties in Doha — the capital city of Qatar, the company said on Monday.

 
One of the projects is a 250 key luxury hotel being developed in the West Bay area, while the other is a 148 key apartment building located in Lusail, the company said in a statement.
 
Planning of the projects is under way and construction will begin early next year. The projects will be completed in mid-2018.
 
Both Qatar projects are being sponsored by Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Company (SAQ).
