Beed: An FIR was lodged against NCP leader Dhananjay Munde for allegedly making obscene remarks at an election rally against his cousin and Maharashtra minister Pankaja Munde. A video allegedly showing the NCP leader making marks against the minister went viral on social media, according to which on Saturday a police complaint was lodged against him by a BJP member from Parli in Beed district. Nevertheless, the NCP leader said the video was edited and is false, and his statements are "twisted." Both cousins are locked up for Monday's state assembly polls in a contest from the Parli assembly seat.
