Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader Hemant Soren claimed to form a government in Jharkhand during his meeting with the governor Draupadi Murmu on Tuesday, a day after assembly election results showed a clear majority for the alliance led by his party. While JMM emerged as the largest single party after winning 30 seats, their Mahagathbandhan allies, Congress and RJD, respectively, won 16 seats and one. The oath-taking ceremony will take place on December 29, he said.
