Indore collectorate hit by corona

Indore, Coronavirus has struck the district collector's office in Indore causing panic among the staff. With a computer operator posted at the Indore tehsil office testing positive late on Saturday evening, there was concern in the collectorate on Sunday as the office is functioning all seven days due to the pandemic.

The computer operator has been working both in the tehsil office and the health department due to excessive workload.

As soon as the report came, the computer operator's home in Chhatripura area was located and sanitised. Special District Magistrate Anshul Khare visited the tehsil office, located at the ground floor of the collector office and had the entire office sanitised.

Several officers had come in contact with the computer operator during the past week and his contact history is being traced. All those who came in contact with him are being subjected to corona tests and might be quarantined.
