Aurangabad: BJP national general secretary Ram Madhav has said that during the abrogation of Article 370, around 2000-2500 people were under preventive arrest in Jammu and Kashmir but at prest around 200 are under preventive arrest ."Today in Jammu and Kashmir, in perspective of the law and order, only 200-250 people are being held in preventive detention, some in 5-star guest houses, some in 5-star hotels," said Madhav during an event.
