New Delhi: BJP spokesman Praveen Prabhakar, resigned from the primary party membership and joined the Nationalist People's Party led by Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangama. Mr Prabhakar, who has been affiliated with the BJP for the past five years, was one of the founding members of the All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU), which contested in coalition with the BJP in the 2014 Assembly election, but is contesting this time separately. He was said to be unhappy with the ticket distribution in the state by the party.
