Bengaluru,  Karnataka Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy missed the deadline 1:30 p.m. on Friday given by  Governor Vajubhai Vala's for proving majority in the Legislative Assembly of the State here.

However, the Speaker ruled out floor test before the discussion on the confidence motion was completed.
