Srinagar: Pre-dawn raids were carried out by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Sunday at four locations in Jammu and Baramulla city in Kashmir. Police sources said state police and CRPF-assisted NIA sleuths carried out raids at four traders ' houses involved in cross-LoC trade.
"The NIA sleuths raided Srinagar, Pulwama and Sopore city last week. These raids are part of the NIA's terror financing inquiry," sources said.
In connection with the terror financing inquiry so far, a prominent local businessman, Zahoor Watali, and many separatist politicians have been detained by the NIA.
