On Thursday, the Shiv Sena presented party leader Uddhav Thackeray's son and chief Yuva Sena, Aaditya, as their chief ministerial candidate, ahead of the October state assembly elections. The statement came just after Aaditya began his national' Jan Ashirwad Daura' from Jalgaon, the first time Sena rulers formally estimated the 29-year-old as the decision of the party.

It's the people's decision that Aaditya should lead the Vidhan Sabha state and decide Maharashtra's future, "said Raut, a Rajya Sabha MP, adding that Aaditya has the state-acceptable management characteristics.

Patil, Pachora's Sena MLA said, "The saffron flag is going to fly over the Vidhan Sabha, and then nothing can prevent our Yuva Sena chief Aaditya Thackeray from becoming chief minister."
