Bengaluru: Senior party leader Siddaramaiah tendered his resignation as Leader of the Legislative Party as the Congress Party won just two seats in the Karnataka byelections. He also resigned to the state assembly as the opposition leader. He sent his resignation to party president Sonia Gandhi.
