New Delhi: As voting kick-started today morning for the third phase of the Jharkhand Assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged large numbers of people to vote."The third phase of Jharkhand polls will take place today. Urging all those whose seats go to the polls today to vote in large numbers. I particularly urge my young friends to vote," the Prime Minister tweeted. The third of five-phase elections in Jharkhand Assembly started on Thursday and will decide the fate of lawmakers in 17 seats out of the 81 constituencies of assembly.
