Lucknow: A 42-year-old Uttar Pradesh Police Inspector in Lucknow committed suicide by hanging himself in his house from a ceiling fan. The deceased has been identified as Brijesh Kumar was posted in '112', the state emergency helpline. It is reported that on Sunday night, Kumar had a spat with his wife over his late arrival, after which he locked himself in his rom. He would often lock himself in his room if was upset over something or had a fight in the family. On Tuesday, his wife Maya tried to call him, but there was no answer. She looked through a window into the room later at night and screamed.
