With the new rule on Kahmir, BJPworkers could now go there to purchase land plots and get married, Vikram Saini said Tuesday at a function in Muzaffarnagar to celebrate the transition to Article 370.

The lawmaker, quite unrepentant, later asked about his misogynistic declaration, saying there was nothing objectionable in what he said.
