Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Union Home Minister Amit Shah presented special AI glasses to Divyangjans (differently-abled persons) during Rajbhasha Sammelan in Gujarat’s capital Gandhinagar. With the help of these AI glasses, visually impaired people can easily read, listen and understand the papers in front of them. During this, an appeal was made to the people present there to help the visually impaired people by donating AI glasses to them.
This initiative aims to make the disabled self-reliant and facilitate their access to education and information. Union Minister Amit Shah stressed that AI-driven smart glasses will empower the visually impaired by providing them with new opportunities and independence, helping them navigate life with greater ease and confidence. Most of all, this eyeglass will help the visually impaired to read and hear the written content in their native language, said the Union Minister.
