Kolkata: In the case of the rape and murder of a female trainee doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata, CM Mamata Banerjee made a big announcement that she was ready to resign for the sake of the people.
The Chief Minister said, “I am ready to resign for the sake of the people; I also want justice in the murder case of the doctor of RG Kar Hospital. I apologise to the people of Bengal, who had hoped that the RG Kar talks deadlock would end today.”
