Jyothis mohan young civil service officer became role model for the society

In a philanthropic gesture to help healthcare workers and emergency service providers in their efforts to navigate past the coronavirus pandemic, Jyothis Mohan, IRS, Joint Commissioner, Income Tax Department, Mumbai has made a significant contribution.

The young civil service officer used the funds meant for his younger sister’s marriage towards sponsoring a sanitisation panel in Kerala. Trissur Event Management Association conducted the programme in front of the wholesale market in Trissur.

Known for his humanitarian efforts, Jyothis Mohan had in the past worked with several NGOs and authorities like district collectors and police commissioners during the Kerala floods.

His current contribution needs more applause since he postponed his sister’s marriage and used some amount of that fund for this noble purpose. Police commissioner, District collector and other eminent personalities also attended the event.
