New Delhi: Many colleges in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida are closed today and because of a one-day strike called by transport unions to protest the steep increase in traffic fines, office-goers might face problems in receiving public transport. 41 Associations and passenger and merchandise unions in the Delhi-NCR region, including trucks, buses, cars and taxis, are in strike under two umbrella bodies.
