Kolkata: Candidate arrested at Ratua in Malda district Wednesday for trying to leak English Question paper on TikTok, and three others were banned for bringing mobile phones to examination centre.

Student who was attending West Bengal Board of Secondary Examination at Baidyanathpur High School caught by invigilators at clicking video of the question paper on his mobile phone and for posting on TikTok for circulation.

Student of Baharal P.L.S. High School was caught red-handed by the invigilators in Ratua in Malda district after he clicked a video of the question paper on his mobile phone and posted it on TikTok for circulation. Later Police arrested the student accusing him of leaking the question paper.

The student has been banned from appearing for the examination and will have to appear before Malda juvenile court. 

Three other students are also reported bringing mobile phones to the examination hall are from Atapur in North 24 Parganas district. All three students are external students. Reports says their mobile phones were seized, banned from continuing examination and were marked RA
