Japanese women rock in Wrestling World Championships

Budapest, The day four of the ongoing Wrestling World Championships witnessed the Japanese women dominating in the event.
Japan's Saori Yoshida won her 11th straight gold at the Wrestling World Championships in Budapest, by capturing the 55kg freestyle meet Thursday while teammate Kaori Icho won her 8th world's gold by triumphing in 63kg, Xinhua reported.
The Hungarian women also showed plenty of gumption with Marianna Sastin of Hungary soundly beating Taybe Yusein of Bulgaria in 59kg, while teammate Emese Barka took bronze in 55kg.
Yoshida beat Sweden's Sofia Mattsson 5-0. Barka and Valeriia Koblova of Russia shared bronze.
Icho triumphed over Mongolia's Bettetseg Soronzonbold 7-0, while Yekaterina Larionova of Kazakhstan and Elena Pirozhkova of the US shared bronze.
Sastin beat silver medalist Yusein 8-2, with Munkhtuya Tungalog of Mongolia and Yuliya Ratkevich of Azerbaijan pocketing bronze.
The championships continue Friday with finals in the 67kg and 72kg women's freestyle, and the men's 55kg Greco-Roman meet.
