Monchengladbach crush Braunschweig 4-1 in German Bundesliga

Berlin, The "Foals" opened the 6th round in Bundesliga with a 4-1 victory over newly promoted Braunschweig to reap their third win of the season Friday.
Monchengladbach staged a dominant performance against Braunschweig that won only one game so far. Nevertheless, Braunschweig made the hosts life difficult when they reduced the lead at the second half, Xinhua reported.
The visitors ensured the first chance of the match as Karim Bellarabi failed to score from the penalty area at the 15th minute.
However, it was Oscar Wendt, who broke the deadlock to put the hosts in front seven minutes later. Wendt feinted a square pass but slotted home into the far post corner.
