Nashik: Blaming the Congress for centuries for the plight of Kashmiris, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday called for attempts to build a "new paradise" in the Kashmir valley. Modi also said that a lot of attempts are being made across the border to foment violence in Jammu and Kashmir.  "We must build a fresh paradise in Kashmir," he said.
