Chennai grows at a steady 10 %

The real estate market of Mumbai and New Delhi has seen the most volatility over the last one year, apparently the Chennai market has been the most stable compared to the two and has seen a steady increase of 10 %.

Remarks K Vasudevan, a real estate consultant from Chennai, “Over the past one year a lot of infrastructure work has gathered pace in Chennai. The three new bridges connecting ECR and OMR at Neelamkari, Palavakkam and Kottivakkam  will help the local residents in commuting.

Also the upcoming BRTS and MRTS projects announced has created a buzz amongst locals.” A lot of expansion work has happened on the existing highways and also on Chennai metro and outer ring road.
