Air Chief Marshal Rakesh Kumar Singh Bhadauria, at an Indian Air Force (IAF) press conference, said the air force will be ready to react with another Balakot-type surgical strike as decided by the government if Pakistan is carrying out a terrorist attack. He said that with moves such as France's procurement of Rafale fighters and Russia's anti-aircraft missile systems S-400 Triumf, the air force is confident of its ability to fight at short notice. He mentioned that on the schedule of the IAF, many joint air exercises were scheduled with different countries.
