New Delhi: In the defamation case filed by BJP leader Rajiv Babbar, a Delhi Court levied a fine of Rs 5,000 on senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor over his frequent non-appearence. Additional Metropolitan Chief Magistrate Vishal Pahuja strongly ordered Tharoor to appear before the court on March 4, next hearing date.
