HSNC University Highlights Academic Excellence and Regional Language Advocacy at the 2nd Convocation

HSNC University in Mumbai hosted its second convocation at K.C. College, a momentous event presided over by Shri Ramesh Bais, Governor of Maharashtra and University Chancellor.

Governor Bais underscored the importance of preserving regional languages and announced plans to translate medical and engineering books.

During the event, 32 gold medals were awarded to outstanding students from the first batch of undergraduate and second batch of postgraduate students. Advocate Anil Harish, president of the HSNC Board, honoured the Governor alongside the provost and vice-chancellor.

In his address, Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, the provost, expressed strong confidence in the students, foreseeing their ability to make a meaningful impact using the skills and values acquired at the institution, contributing to a sustainable future for India and the world.

Next, Dr Hemlata Bagla, vice chancellor of HSNC University and an accomplished nuclear scientist emphasised the university’s achievements, encouraging graduates to contribute to society actively.

Overall, the ceremony celebrated the academic achievements and showcased the university’s remarkable growth in just four years—the focus on multidisciplinary education and industry-relevant skills positions HSNC University as a leading institution in higher education.
