Mumbai: Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari inaugurated the 3 – day Mumbai Uttarakhand Mahotsav. The festival has been organized by Garhwal Bhratri Mandal. Gopal Shetty, MP, Sunil Rane, MLA and others were present. The Governor presented the Garh Ratna Award 2019 to Dr Kunwar Singh Panwar.
